Healing Movement Circle 

 

 

 When we allow Being to emerge,  we connect to our vital energy, health, community, and nature. A dynamically balanced body is able to deal with day to day challenges. A vital step is working on embodied presence. This state of being, an act of self-care, enables you to be more responsively grounded in resonance within yourself and with surroundings. Self-care is a sacred act. The focus may breath, sleep, movement, or a fleeting perception.

Healing Movement is a series of workshops devoted to healing through expanded awareness, meditation, embodied consciousness, and eco-somatics where the well-being of one is in alignment with nature. These workshops offer energetic and somatic exercises that can be included into your daily or weekly self-care routine. Whether you’re feeling a bit off kilter, anxious, depressed, or are struggling with a chronic condition, these workshops teach you easy energy healing techniques to do by yourself at any time.

These techniques provide you with the ability to monitor and support your own well-being. Based on principles found in many energy healing and mediation traditions, the exercises focus on full body balancing  for clearing, strengthening, and grounding your energy field, chakras and meridians.

Full Body Presence

Healing involves compassionate and expansive presence in body, mind, energy, and spirit. More than only removing debilitating symptoms, healing encourages stepping into and living from authentic being. Moving and meditating put us in touch with and activates the body’s innate intelligence. They also connect t us in to subtle and vital energies. Results include increased health, self-acceptance, joy, and feeling at home with your flesh.

By joining a Healing Movement Circle, you become part of a supportive community actively pursuing embodiment and healing through movement and meditation. The degree of movement is determined by your ability and comfort. The focus of a Circle includes learning practices involving flow, breath, compassion, deep somatic listening, and release.
